Ken Johnson owns the company and works with his wife Lu and son Jesse as support staff. Ken and Lu have four children: 2 in college, 1 in middle school, and 1 in elementary school.

Ken is an assistant Little League Baseball coach and helps with the AAU Basketball Team. Lu is an active sports mom for their kids' soccer, cross country and track events.
